CLOUD HELP DESK SERVICES

Moving IT to the cloud does not eliminate the need for help desk services for your employees, or for your system managers or administrators. Public cloud services do not include help desk services, and generally do not even include server/operating system support. (They may provide support for one system administrator, which puts that person in the help desk support role if no other provision is made for those services).

US Desktops can provide the help desk services you need when you use IT in the cloud, including:

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors

  • Implementing and supporting data access policies and procedures for each department

  • Setting up and supporting secure remote access for each employee/contractor

  • Getting users up and running again when their computing devices are lost or stolen, by configuring and shipping replacement devices

  • Supporting users with password recovery, application difficulties, printing, or problems with a wireless network

If you are using US Desktops private cloud desktops, server support is included.

Help Desk Support for Employees

Us Desktops also offers optional remote help desk support for your employees. A help desk technician is just a phone call away.

Choose from:
